
Chris Martin, originally from Elizabethtown, PA, graduated from Penn State University with a degree in
Hotel
and Restaurant Management. A position with the Hyatt Corporation landed Chris is Savannah, GA in 2000.
He
was awarded a promotion, in 2002, and moved to Charlotte, NC. With a desire to change his path, Chris
began
as a small group sales representative with Gallagher Benefit Services, which was the third largest
benefits
provider at the time. Recognizing his passion for real estate, he began his true career path and was
named
as an outstanding sales representative for Centex Homes in 2003. He then expanded on this passion and
opened
his own real estate firm, New Angle Realty, as Broker-in-Charge. In addition, he ventured into real
estate
investments and development. Ih his spare time, Chris enjoys skiing, soccer and travel.
Danelle Martin, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with dual
degrees in Pre-Law and Communications Rhetoric and dual minors in Psychology and American Sign Language.
Upon graduation, she moved to Charlotte, NC to work in the construction industry, where she remained for
the
next twelve years. During her tenure in construction, she handled contracts, office management,
estimates
and worked in the field in varying capacities, such as, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, demolition,
painting,
drywall, rough and finish carpentry. Her career path led her to marketing and advertising, where she
worked
for two prestigious companies where she was a top executive until finally opening her own marketing and
advertising firm. In her spare time, Danelle enjoys going to the mountains, the beach and crafts.
Today, Chris and Danelle are the Co-Founders and Owners of M Five Homes LLC, which focuses on custom
built
homes in the Carolinas. Danelle also serves as a North Carolina General Contractor for the organization.
Together, they have three children, two dogs and a cat.
