We completely reconstructed the home including but not limited to demoing and repouring the 3 car garage, changing out the hvac systems to dual fuel, adding a steam shower, radiant heated flooring, repairing windows and sliding glass doors, demoing and reinstalling stone veneers, custom tile and hardwood flooring, building a large retaining wall to add yard space, redesigning the cabinetry and the list goes on.
